Custom Tax or Duty: Customers are typically not charged additional fees via regular mail. However, due to strict customs inspections, occasional tariffs may apply.
Provide a correct email address, shipping address, and mobile number during checkout for successful delivery.
Blank mobile columns may lead to unsuccessful delivery, and compensation cannot be provided.
PO Box addresses are not accepted. Ensure your address is detailed, including the apartment or unit number. ukear Shop is not responsible for non-delivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons.
Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) cannot be delivered.
Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered packages to the provided shipping address.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to unclear or incorrect buyer-provided address, and no one signs for receipt, the customer is responsible for all losses. Refunds are not provided if the buyer does not cooperate with the shipping company, leading to package return or destruction after notification.
